With the exception of orders sent to DHL Packstations in Germany, we cannot authorize the delivery of packages without a signature. If you are not available at the time your order is delivered, another delivery attempt will be made the next day. If required, a third attempt will be made the next day. If we cannot deliver on the third attempt, the packages with be sent back to our warehouse.
If the courier failed to deliver your order because of an incorrect or incomplete address or because you were not present, please contact him to arrange a new delivery date in one of the ways below:
