At Scarosso, we are happy to accept returns of any unwanted items within 15 days from the delivery date, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Please follow the steps below to process your return as quickly as possible:
1. To submit a return request, access the Return App by clicking here, or log in to your account if you are already registered. To start the process, simply enter your order number and the email address used to place the purchase.
2. Attach the return label downloaded at the end of the process to the outside of the package. If the shipping label cannot be downloaded, please contact us here.
3. Complete and sign the proforma return invoice that was included in the package you received. If it has been misplaced, please contact our Customer Service at service@scarosso.com or by filling out this form.
Place the proforma invoice inside the return package together with the item(s) you wish to return.
Note: if the parcel is shipped from a non-EU country, you must complete 4 additional copies of the proforma invoice and attach them to the outside of the package, as they are essential for customs clearance.
4. Drop off the package at the courier drop-off point indicated on the return label or contact the courier to schedule a home pickup.
