YOU CAN CONTACT YOUR LOCAL FEDEX CENTER TO SCHEDULE A HOME PICKUP. ALTERNATIVELY, YOU CAN DROP OFF THE PARCEL AT YOUR NEAREST FEDEX DROP-OFF POINT.
UPS
YOU CAN SCHEDULE A HOME PICKUP VIA THIS LINK IF YOU ARE BASED IN THE UK, WHILE THIS LINK APPLIES IF YOU ARE BASED IN THE US. ALTERNATIVELY, YOU CAN DROP OFF THE PARCEL AT YOUR NEAREST UPS DROP-OFF POINT.
OTHER COURIERS
YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO CHOOSE YOUR PREFERRED COURIER. HOWEVER, RETURN SHIPPING COSTS MUST BE BORNE BY YOU AND THESE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE YOUR OWN COURIER, THIS MAY SLOW DOWN THE RETURN PROCESS AND THE RESULTING REFUND. ANY ISSUES ARISING FROM USING A COURIER OR A RETURN LABEL OTHER THAN OURS ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SCAROSSO.
N.B. Returns from China: according to Chinese customs regulations, packages exceeding 5000 RMB cannot be exported by an individual. A customs broker must be authorized to prepare the necessary customs documentation.
