If you wish to exchange the size and/or color of the item you purchased, you can do so free of charge within 15 days from the delivery date.

Submit your return request via the Return App by selecting the “Exchange” option and choosing a new size and/or color from the available options: we will reserve the new item for you and ship it to the original address within 14 working days from the receipt of the return. You will be notified by email once the item has been shipped.

You can exchange the size and/or color of an item up to a maximum of two times, but you can always return it by following the instructions in our return policy.
