At Scarosso, we are happy to accept returns of any unwanted items within 15 days from the delivery date, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Please follow the steps below to process your return as quickly as possible:
1. Generate a Return Authorization Number (RAN) on our website within 15 days of delivery.
- registered users: you can access the "Orders" section of your account by clicking here to find your order number and select the item(s) you wish to return. After selecting the reason for the return, click on “Return Product” and choose your preferred refund method (Store Credit or original payment method).
- unregistered users: you can fill out the "Return Authorization" form here to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which identifies your return and allows us to track the package at all times and to process the returned goods in a timely manner.
2. Fill out and sign the Return Proforma Invoice that was included in your order package. If it is lost, contact our Customer Service at service@scarosso.com or via this form.
3. Place the Proforma Invoice inside the return package along with the item(s) you wish to return.
Note: if the package is being shipped from an extra-EU country, you must fill in 4 additional copies of the Return Proforma Invoice and give them to the courier, as they are essential for customs clearance.
4. Attach the return label, that was included in your order package, to the outside of the return parcel. If the return label is lost, contact our Customer Service at service@scarosso.com or via this form.
5. Within 15 days of generating the RAN, drop off the package to the carrier location or contact the courier to schedule a home pickup.
